Otavio and Gustavo Pandolfo are twin brothers from São Paulo in Brazil. Going by the name Os Gêmeos they’ve been painting walls since the 80’s. Some liken them (and their work) to the Rococo painters of yore. I like to think of them as Disney Imagineers on acid, and with a chip on their shoulder.
